Buyer/Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to support purchasing processes in a manufacturing environment. This role is for someone who can analyze data, negotiate with suppliers and build good long-term business relationships.

Employment type: Employment contract, full-time

Responsibilities

• Managing purchasing processes for materials and components
• Searching for and evaluating suppliers
• Negotiating prices, delivery terms and cooperation conditions
• Analyzing BOMs, offers and purchasing data
• Cooperating with Production, Design/Technology, Logistics and Finance
• Supporting cost optimization and process improvement

Who we are looking for

• Experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Very good English
• Independence, accuracy and good work organization
• Communication skills and a proactive approach
