To provide support to production managers and employees in achieving business objectives by implementing and developing HR processes, as well as advising on employment, development, motivation, and communication.

Responsibilities
- Cooperate with managers in the areas of recruitment, employee development, and retention.
- Implement HR projects supporting the business strategy (including performance reviews, trainings, career paths).
- Analyze HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, labor costs) and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate recruitment and employer branding processes.
- Implement HR tools and support internal communication processes.
- Foster an organizational culture based on collaboration and engagement.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2–3 years in an advisory/partnering role within a manufacturing company.
- University degree (preferred: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Law).
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
- Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations.
- Very good command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships and think strategically.
