We are currently looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as:
Machine Designer / Engineer
Office location: Orzesze, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Designing new machines/equipment according to requirements;
- Participating in the research & development process of the manufactured machines;
- Implementing design changes to existing products, as a result of internal optimizations and also in response to customer needs;
- Continuous improvement, i.e. Initiating / suggesting design changes;
- Participation and providing specialized support in the launch of new products on site;
- Preparation of design documentation for machines under development;
- Working closely with the R&D department in search for new solutions for the machinery market, assisting other departments, including: technology, purchasing, production and sales;
Role requirements:
- Min. 5 years of work experience as a designer (autonomous position);
- Knowledge of CAx class programs (SOLID WORKS and Ansys preferred);
- Higher technical education mechanical profile or related;
- Knowledge in scope of designing heavy industry and marine industry machine elements will be an asset;
- Knowledge of welding to better understand the specifics of machine design;
- Basic knowledge of pneumatics and power hydraulics;
- Communicative knowledge of English to enable contact with the company’s foreign branch;
