Senior Buyer

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional who can combine category strategy with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for key components, as well as savings projects — including cooperation with suppliers outside Europe.

Your responsibilities

• Developing and implementing category strategies (highest-value components)
• Managing end-to-end strategic sourcing
• Negotiating contracts and commercial terms (price lists, discounts, Incoterms, payment terms, framework agreements)
• Performing procurement analyses
• Monitoring supplier KPIs and cooperating closely with Production / Technology / Finance

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic/operational procurement in a manufacturing environment (heavy industry is a plus)
• Experience managing purchasing categories worth PLN more than 10 million per year
• Proven negotiation track record and documented savings
• Strong Excel skills (analysis) and experience with ERP systems 
• Knowledge of Incoterms and basic commercial law
• Experience working with suppliers outside Europe
• English at B2/C1 level
