We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a commercial background with a technical mindset
- Brings 1–2+ years of sales experience (spare parts/mechanical equipment a plus)
- Is comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
- Has practical Excel skills and can work with datasets and simple reports
- Is familiar with ERP systems
- Communicates clearly and builds professional client relationships
Your Mission
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Analyse and handle incoming inquiries
- Recommend spare parts stock levels and provide consultations
- Deliver remote technical support (email/phone/Teams)
- Prepare customer quotations
- Issue invoices
