There for you when you need us

Our skilled and competent employees in service and support are never further away than a phone call or an email.

The NT Service Team also has the ability to arrange product training, service and spare parts programs with our clients. We offer a holistic approach based upon your specific situation, such as strategic purchasing, Kanban stock, fixed maintenance programs, customized training programs and more.

On-site maintenance

NT Service is providing repairs and parts replacement. Our team is ready to support customer in any part of the world in shot notice with spare parts and labor. If needed we are able to deliver replacement unit to customer for repair period.

We are not limeted by travel restrictions as we are closely cooperating with local service Companies around the world. We have also developed AVATAR service tools to give remote access to all flexmaster and Translifter devices.

Spare parts

With NT Service Team we ensure that your Novatech and NT Liftec products have the lowest possible down time and longest product lifespan by only, providing original and high-quality spare parts at the right time and the right place.

With NT Service Team you will have full access to our comprehensive spare parts program, with 24/7 support and coverage all over the world. We also offer the highest level of engineering support on our products from our dedicated service engineers, with anything from remote assistance to direct on-site work.

Our warehouses of original spare parts and service engineers are placed strategically in the center of Europe at our main production facility at NT Industries, in order to be able to offer the quickest and most effective response time on any request.

The NT Service Team also has the ability to arrange product training, service and spare parts programs with our clients.
