GOOD EMPLOYER AWARD 2022

On November 22, 2022, in Katowice, during the European Business Forum event, NT Industry became the Laureate of the 15th edition of the Leaders of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, category: Good Employer. The company was awarded the Leader of Corporate Social Responsibility Statuette. Among the partners and honorary patrons of the event were: the European Parliament, the Marshal of Silesian Voivodship, the Mayor of Katowice, the National Research and Development Center, the Ministry of Development and Technology, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Polish Committee for Standardization, the Cracow University of Economics.

Leaders of Corporate Social Responsibility Program is designed to promote the principles of responsible business amongst companies and institutions operating in Poland. Another target is to identify the leaders in terms of implementation of CSR policy.
 
Among this year’s CSR Program winners – GOOD COMPANY, GOOD EMPLOYER, ECO COMPANY, there were only just over 40 companies from all Poland. All the more so it is a great honor for us and an obligation to provide our employees with even better development opportunities. It confirms that we are a reliable company, sensitive to the local communities and employees’ needs.
