Concrete

Concrete industry is one of the widely spread industries in the world. It includes concrete production of precast products, such as pipe, manhole, panel and prestress production. These are produced by casting concrete in a mold, after which the curing process takes place.

Concrete products need to be taken out from the initial curing molds usually within 12 to 16 hours. The concrete is fully cured after 21 days. Our transportation solutions can assist producers in handling fragile products. Cassettes can be use in the curing phase, to place the mold on permanent transportation unit, so that unnecessary operation is avoided. When the curing stage is over, the concrete product is typically stored between 7 and 21 days or, in some cases, directly transported to customer.
